Memorial Weekend - 2015
We asked people to submit the names and information of service people who were no longer with us. Each family that submitted information was represented by an American Flag that was placed on the church lawn throughout the weekend. Inside our building, smaller flags filled the auditorium railings and window sills, representing 65 service men. People were remembered from the Revolutionary War up through Desert Storm. Booklets were made that included a summary of the war, those that served, which branch of the military and which family they were related to.
