Raiders-- Judges

The JUDGES followed the settling of the land during the time of Joshua.  It would be followed by the time of the Kings before Captivity, return and the coming of Jesus.  The recurring theme in Judges is "everyone did what was right in their own mind".   The people would would be faithful, fall away, be punished, repent, God would raise up a deliverer (judge) and the people would be faithful again for awhile.
